Paramesopsocidae, a new Mesozoic psocid family (Insecta: Psocodea “Psocoptera”: Psocomorpha)
Annales de la Société entomologique de France (N.S.), 2008Paramesopsocus lu n. gen., n. sp. and Paramesopsocus adibi n. sp. are respectively described from the Early Cretaceous amber of Lebanon and from the Late Jurassic limestone of Karatau (Kazakhstan). They are placed within the suborder Psocomorpha, and in the Mesozoic extinct family Paramesopsocidae n. fam.
