Smart Energy–Harvesting Coating for Moisture–Droplets Based on Ionic Diodes and Transistor–Like Structures

A smart power‐generating coating is developed to harvest energy from both ambient humidity and impacting liquid droplets. The integrated system delivers sustained open‐circuit voltages of 0.85 V from moisture and up to 36 V from droplets. Its scalable coating architecture enables a continuous power supply for low‐power electronic devices.

Highly Sensitive and Temperature‐Insensitive Stretchable Strain Sensor with Microcrack‐Engineered Architecture

This study proposes a stretchable strain sensor that demonstrates a high gauge factor of 2.3 × 104 and excellent linearity (R2 = 0.98), while maintaining temperature insensitivity under applied strain. Smart Optogenetics for Real‐Time Automated Control of Cardiac Electrical Activity

We are able to stop dangerous heart‐rhythm spirals before they fully form. Within about 100 ms, it pinpoints the spiral's tiny central tip (≈0.9 mm) using light‐based sensing and machine learning, then shines targeted light to shut it down. This fast, precise, closed‐loop approach detects, targets, and terminates arrhythmias in real time.

Asymmetrical thermally activated delated fluorescence dendritic emitters are delicately constructed through symmetry breaking strategy, and near‐unity photoluminescence efficiency and excellent reverse intersystem crossing process are achieved via breaking the degeneracy of vibrational levels and boosting the spin flip of triplet excitons.
