Efficient NiOx Hole Transport Layers Enabled by Multifunctional MXenes for High‐Performance Tin‐Lead Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An efficient NiOx HTL is successfully prepared by introducing MXene as an additive without further surface modification to fabricate high‐performance FASn0.5Pb0.5I3 perovskite solar cells. The introduction of MXene contributes to improved conductivity of NiOx, better aligned at NiOx/perovskite interfaces, and enhanced quality of perovskite films ...

Pseudospin symmetry in supersymmetric quantum mechanics: Schr\"odinger equations

open access: yes, 2013
The origin of pseudospin symmetry (PSS) and its breaking mechanism are explored by combining supersymmetry (SUSY) quantum mechanics, perturbation theory, and the similarity renormalization group (SRG) method.

Photoconductivity‐Driven Quantum Efficiency Gain in Inorganic Ruddlesden‐Popper Layered Cs2PbBr2I2 Perovskite Photodetector for Visible Light Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Rational halogen mixing strategy was employed to shift the bandgap of Cs2PbBr2I2 from ultraviolet to visible region, enabling first realization of a visible‐light photodetector with this 2D layered Ruddlesden‐Popper perovskite material. Under illumination, light‐induced internal field forms and drives trap‐mediated persistent photoconductivity ...

Surface Diffusion in SnTe‐PbTe Monolayer Lateral Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The lateral heterostructures between 2D materials often suffer from the interdiffusion at the interfaces. Here, a surface diffusion mechanism is found to be dominating at the interfaces between semiconducting SnTe and PbTe monolayers. Atomically sharp interfaces can be achieved by suppressing this diffusion process. ABSTRACT The construction of complex

Boundary objects for PSS Design

open access: yesProcedia CIRP, 2016
AbstractIn PSS design, hardware and service developers often have different objectives. Lacking to communicate and negotiate them across boundaries might lead to solutions unable to generate market shares and long-term profitability. This paper aims to contribute to the definition of ‘boundary objects’ that facilitate the sharing of knowledge between ...

Pseudospin symmetry in supersymmetric quantum mechanics: II. Spin-orbit effects

open access: yes, 2013
Following a previous paper [Haozhao Liang \textit{et al.}, Phys. Rev. C \textbf{87}, 014334 (2013)], we discuss the spin-orbit effects on the pseudospin symmetry (PSS) within the framework of supersymmetric quantum mechanics.
