Effects of High‐Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Sensory Processing in Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Pilot Study

Following the 3‐month Mediterranean diet and high‐phenolic extra virgin olive oil intervention, significant improvements were observed in social responsiveness, reciprocal social interaction and expressive vocabulary in children with autism spectrum disorder, with the most notable changes occurring in social and communication domains.
