The occupational therapy psychosocial intervention (OTPI) approach based on cognitive rehabilitation among clients with schizophrenia is discussed in this chapter. Schizophrenia clients have cognitive impairments in executive functions (Morrice and Delahunty, Schizophr Bull 22:125–137, 1996).
