Long‐term BREAST‐Q outcomes after breast‐conserving therapy (BCT) and mastectomy without reconstruction. Women treated with BCT reported higher psychosocial, sexual, and physical well‐being and greater satisfaction with their breasts than women treated with mastectomy.
