A solution to B --> pi pi puzzle and B --> K K
The large ratio of color-suppressed tree amplitude to color-allowed one in $B \to \pi \pi$ decays is difficult to understand within the Standard Model, which is known as the "$B \to \pi\pi$ puzzle".

Integrated Selective Depolymerization and Downstream Processing for Mixed Polyester Waste, Part 1
Chemical recycling of mixed plastics by hydrolysis generates dilute monomer mixtures requiring complex downstream purification. To overcome this challenge, upstream selectivity is targeted. Tailored reaction conditions enable cascaded depolymerization which is shown for a PLA/PET model system.

Abstract Biostimulants are increasingly used in agriculture to promote plant growth, improve stress tolerance, and support sustainable farming practices. One common method of production is chemical hydrolysis of protein‐rich waste, such as tannery by‐products, offering an economical and eco‐friendly alternative to conventional raw materials.

A Computational Algebra Approach to the Reverse Engineering of Gene Regulatory Networks
This paper proposes a new method to reverse engineer gene regulatory networks from experimental data. The modeling framework used is time-discrete deterministic dynamical systems, with a finite set of states for each of the variables.

Constructions of Pure Asymmetric Quantum Alternant Codes Based on Subclasses of Alternant Codes
In this paper, we construct asymmetric quantum error-correcting codes(AQCs) based on subclasses of Alternant codes. Firstly, We propose a new subclass of Alternant codes which can attain the classical Gilbert-Varshamov bound to construct AQCs.

Compared with the detection of either marker alone, the combined detection of calcitonin (Ctn) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) improved the diagnostic accuracy for medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) but did not enhance the positive predictive value (PPV).
