PTCL Therapies

American Journal of Therapeutics, 2013
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are relatively uncommon lymphomas, compared with B-cell malignancies, and given short-lived responses to therapies and an aggressive clinical course provide a therapeutic challenge for the clinician. Although anthracycline-based regimens have been a mainstay of therapy, inferior outcomes with these regimens have ...

Time has come for immunotherapy in PTCL

Blood, 2014
In this issue of Blood, Horwitz et al present encouraging results of a phase 2 study assessing the efficacy of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) brentuximab vedotin (BV) in relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholecysto-Lithotripsy (PTCL)

Endoscopy, 1989
Percutaneous transhepatic cholecystolithotripsy (PTCL) by laser or ultrasound is a minimally invasive form of treatment for gallstones. All the steps of the procedure can be performed in a single session. In clinical use severe side effects have not been observed.

Multiquanta breather model for PtCl

Physical Review B, 2001
We study the many-quanta problem of an intramolecular vibrational excitation interacting with optical phonons, that may represent the nonlinearity from intrinsic electron-lattice interactions. In the adiabatic limit we calculate numerically the ground-state energy and the corresponding wave functions for N vibrational quanta.

Clinicopathological analysis in PTCL-NOS with CADM1 expression

Virchows Archiv, 2017
Peripheral T cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), is a heterogeneous disease with respect to clinicopathological features. Cell adhesion molecule 1 (CADM1) has been reported to be ectopically expressed in adult T cell leukaemia/lymphoma (ATLL). However, the frequency of CADM1 expression remains unknown in peripheral T cell lymphomas.

PtCl2-Catalyzed Cycloisomerizations of Allenynes

Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2004
The PtCl2-catalyzed cycloisomerization of allenyne systems has been examined. This process is a highly versatile tool for obtaining products that cannot be attainable with other metals. Simple adjustment of the allene or alkyne substitution can direct the reactivity in a selective manner and give birth to important carbocyclic frameworks (hydrindenes ...

Platinum(II) triamine complexes: cis-[PtCl(NH3)2(C10H13N5O5)]NO3.2H2O and [PtCl(C2H8N2)(C4H6N2)]NO3

Acta Crystallographica Section C Crystal Structure Communications, 1994
The structures of cis-diamminechloro(guanosine-N7)-platinum(II) nitrate dihydrate, cis-[PtCl(NH3)2-(C10H13N5O5)]NO3.2H2O, (I), and chloro(ethylenediamine)(1-methylimidazole-N3)platinum(II) nitrate, [PT-(C2H8N2)(C4H6N2)Cl]NO3, [PtCl(en)(1-MeIm)]NO3, (II), were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
