Oncologic Outcomes of Cytoreductive Radical Prostatectomy in Patients With Synchronous Metastatic Castration‐Sensitive Prostate Cancer: A Retrospective Analysis

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 4, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Objectives Local therapy for metastatic castration‐sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) remains controversial. This study aimed to assess the feasibility, safety, and oncologic outcomes of cytoreductive radical prostatectomy (cRP) in patients with synchronous mCSPC, with a particular focus on pathological findings.

Sent‐Induced Coronary Stenosis in a Previously Noncritical Segment Following PCI: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 4, April 2026.
ABSTRACT While percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) with stenting are standard in treating coronary artery disease, rare complications such as stent‐induced de novo stenosis can paradoxically provoke acute coronary syndromes (ACS). We present the case of a 48‐year‐old female (Middle Eastern descent) with a recent history of coronary angioplasty ...

Gold Nanoparticles–Dynamic Constitutional Frameworks as Adaptive Hybrid Conjugates for Enzyme Immobilization

open access: yesChemistryEurope, Volume 4, Issue 4, April 2026.
Dynamic constitutional frameworks (DCFs) and gold nanoparticles (AuNps) assemble into larger and well‐distributed conjugates providing an efficient platform for biosensing and biocatalytic applications. Dynamic constitutional frameworks (DCFs), connecting monomers via reversible covalent bonds, can initiate the assembly of gold nanoparticles (AuNps ...

More Is Not Always Better: Selective Trait Filtering Governs Assembly Under Emerging Flow Intermittency

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 4, April 2026.
The study examined how increasing flow intermittency affects macroinvertebrate community organisation in newly drying headwater streams. Results showed that drying selectively filters species and trait states, with resistance‐ and resilience‐related survival strategies responding differently to increasing intermittency.
