Three-dimensional polarimetric ptychography

open access: yesOptics Express
A three-dimensional polarimetric ptychography (3D-PP) technique is proposed to reconstruct the residual stress distribution in optical elements in three dimensions by combining polarization imaging and a 3D ptychographic iterative engine (3D-PIE).

Adaptive multi-beam X-ray ptychography

open access: yes
Ptychography has evolved as an important method for nanoscale X-ray imaging with synchrotron radiation. Recently, it has been proposed to work with multiple beams in parallel.

Sampling requirements in near-field ptychography [PDF]

open access: yes
Ptychography is a robust lensless form of microscopy routinely used for applications spanning life and physical sciences. The most common ptychography setup consists in using a detector to record diffraction patterns in the far-field.

Direct coupling of tomography and ptychography

open access: yesOptics Letters, 2017
A generalization of the ptychographic phase problem is presented for recovering refractive properties of a three-dimensional object in a tomography setting. This approach, which ignores the lateral overlapping probe requirements in existing ptychography algorithms, can enable the reconstruction of objects using highly flexible acquisition patterns and ...

Time-domain vector ptychography

open access: yesOptics Express
We demonstrate the reconstruction of the instantaneous polarization state of ultrafast laser pulses through vectorial time-domain ptychography. We introduce the formalism, investigate the algorithm’s capacities through simulations, and finally validate it by reconstructing several polarization states from experiments.

XRM2024 - Wed08K - 'Stereoscopic hard X-ray ptychography'

open access: yes
Hard X-ray ptychography is often the method of choice for X-ray imaging with highest spatial resolution because of its high penetration power and versatility.

Wavefront and nanostructure characterisation with X-ray ptychography [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
X-ray ptychography is a scanning diffraction microscopy technique suited for the phase-sensitive investigation of wavefronts and specimens. It returns complex-valued wave functions and transmission functions producing high-resolution (nanoscale) phase ...

Hard x-ray stereo ptychography with multislicing

open access: yes
Our newly developed technique of stereoscopic ptychography allows us to scan the sample simultaneously with two nanofocused x-ray beams at different angles. The stereoscopic views can, similar to human vision, considerably improve the in-depth perception
