Facilitating PTZ Camera Auto-Calibration to Be Noise Resilient With Two Images
This paper presents a simple but effective technique to calibrate a PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) camera by using only two images for five intrinsic parameters: focal length, aspect ratio, the principle point coordinates and the distortion coefficient.

The Multi-Strand Graph for a PTZ Tracker
High-resolution images can be used to resolve matching ambiguities between trajectory fragments (tracklets), which is one of the main challenges in multiple target tracking.

TennisSense: a platform for extracting semantic information from multi-camera tennis data [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce TennisSense, a technology platform for the digital capture, analysis and retrieval of tennis training and matches. Our algorithms for extracting useful metadata from the overhead court camera are described and evaluated.

Wildlife research has benefitted from the development of new methods that allow data to be collected remotely, with less disturbance to focal animals. The proliferation of livestreaming webcams, for example, those used by nature reserves for public engagement purposes, have offered new possibilities for the study of wildlife behaviour.

Literature Survey on Multi-Camera System and Its Application
A multi-camera system combines features from different cameras to exploit a scene of an event to increase the output image quality. The combination of two or more cameras requires prior settings in terms of calibration and architecture.

ABSTRACT The importance of precise timing of neuronal activity, relative to ongoing slower oscillations, is reshaping the engram theory and our understanding of how memories are encoded and stored. The hippocampal theta‐wave phase‐encoding of neuronal firing predicts behavioral outcomes and cognitive performance in memory tasks.

Granulin Knock Out Zebrafish Lack Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration and Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis Pathology [PDF]
Loss of function mutations in granulin (GRN) are linked to two distinct neurological disorders, frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) and neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (NCL).

Appearance based background subtraction for PTZ cameras [PDF]
Traditional background subtraction algorithms assume the camera is static and are based on simple per-pixel models of scene appearance. This leads to false detections when the camera moves. While this can sometimes be addressed by online image registration, this approach is prone to dramatic failures and long-term drift.
