Laser‐Defined States and Hydration‐Driven Relaxation in PEDOT:PSS
Laser irradiation defines metastable states in PEDOT:PSS, while water drives hydration‐mediated relaxation rather than simple erasure. This sequential laser–water process enables reversible optical rewriting with history‐dependent structural and electrical responses.
