In this paper I explore the limitations of liberal political theory in relation to the notions of public property and public interest. I argue that the fundamentally atomistic and individualistic ontological foundations of the liberal tradition preclude any coherent notion of public goods and public interest.

Sustainable Carbon Fibers Enable Stable Long‐Term Lithium Metal Deposition for Prospective Zero‐Excess Lithium Metal Batteries

This work presents lightweight, lignin‐derived carbon fiber current collectors that enable controlled lithium deposition. Structural defects and intermediate‐sized pores stabilize pre‐nucleation quasi‐metallic lithium clusters, promoting uniform lithium plating and stripping.

ABSTRACT This study examines the official announcement effect of the Market Facilitation Program (MFP) and the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) on the corn and soybean futures market. Using a permutation test and a 2‐stage GLS model, we find no significant official announcement effect.
