Exploring the Latent Information in Spatial Transcriptomics Data via Multi‐View Graph Convolutional Network Based on Implicit Contrastive Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
STMIGCL is an implicit contrastive learning‐based multi‐view graph convolutional network framework designed for downstream tasks such as spatial domain recognition, trajectory inference, and spatially variable gene identification. By combining multi‐view learning with contrastive learning and employing contrastive learning methods that enhance contrast

The Circumstances of Art in the Public Space

open access: yesIntercultural Relations, 2019
The public space and the art within it have taken different forms and functions in history, namely changing from being an agora, to present-day so-called hybrid forms. The resulting state of forms and functions of art in the public space depends on several determinants, including freedom and restrictions concerning the public space.

Trustworthy Inverse Molecular Design via Alignment with Molecular Dynamics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Data‐driven inverse molecular design (IMD) is a promising approach to discovering new molecules with desired properties. Despite the remarkable progress, existing IMD methods lag behind in terms of trustworthiness, as indicated by their misalignment with the ground‐truth function that models the molecular dynamics.
