CACLENS: A Multitask Deep Learning System for Enzyme Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CACLENS, a multimodal and multi‐task deep learning framework integrating cross‐attention, contrastive learning, and customized gate control, enables reaction type classification, EC number prediction, and reaction feasibility assessment. CACLENS accelerates functional enzyme discovery and identifies efficient Zearalenone (ZEN)‐degrading enzymes.

Surface Graphitized Mesoporous Carbon Surpasses the Conductivity–Porosity Trade‐Off

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electrochemical cathodic polarization in molten CaCl2‐NaCl converts mesoporous carbon (MC) into surface‐graphitized mesoporous graphite, simultaneously increasing surface area (397–867 m2/g) and electrical conductivity (26–450 S/cm) without mass loss.

Reconstructing Coherent Functional Landscape From Multi‐Modal Multi‐Slice Spatial Transcriptomics by a Variational Spatial Gaussian Process

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces stVGP, a variational spatial Gaussian process framework for multi‐modal, multi‐slice spatial transcriptomics. By integrating histological and genomic data through hybrid alignment and attention‐based fusion, stVGP reconstructs coherent 3D functional landscapes.

Accelerated Discovery of Topological Conductors for Nanoscale Interconnects

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Copper interconnects exhibit a sharp increase in resistivity at ultra‐scaled dimensions, threatening continued miniaturization of integrated circuits. The gapless surface states of topological semimetals provide conduction channels resistant to localization.
