ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.

The standard practice in today's construction is what I have termed Traditional Construction. This project delivery system consists of a designer who prepares a design for an owner. The owner then selects a builder, usually through a bidding process, to transform the two-dimensional design into the three-dimensional finished project.
