Mechanistic Design of Graphdiyne‐Based Multimodal Sensing Integrating Machine Learning and Photothermal Dynamics for Precision Recognition and On‐Demand Inactivation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A triple‐mode theranostic platform enables integrated electrochemical, colorimetric, and photothermal detection of bacterial infection. Glucose oxidation triggers H2O2 generation and TMB oxidation to oxTMB, producing color and thermal signals under 808 nm NIR irradiation.

Faster and Durable: A Cell‐to‐System Validation of a Low‐Degradation Fast‐Charge Protocol for Li‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A physics‐based framework resolving graphite phase‐separation dynamics establishes a predictive, degradation‐aware fast‐charging methodology for commercial Li‐ion batteries. The resulting model‐informed protocol achieves 20%–80% state‐of‐charge in 14 min while matching the long‐term degradation of a commercial 25‐minute EV strategy.

Eco‐Geography Reverses Dominant AMR Reservoirs in Klebsiella pneumoniae: Integron‐Rich Mobilomes and Cross‐Niche Connectivity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dominant antimicrobial resistance reservoirs in Klebsiella pneumoniae vary across eco‐geographic settings rather than following a universal pattern. Integrated One Health and global genomic analyses show that lineage structure, integron load, and cross‐niche connectivity shape whether AMR burden accumulates primarily in human or nonhuman compartments ...

Public and private sector wages interactions in a general equilibrium model [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper develops a dynamic general equilibrium model in which the public and the private sector interact in the labor market. Previous studies that analyze the labor market effects of public sector employment and wages have mostly assumed exogenous ...

An In‐Line Machine Vision–Based Profilometry Tool for Non‐Destructive Thickness Assessment of Perovskite Films

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work proposes a machine‐vision‐based tool for predicting the thickness of in‐line deposited perovskite films, enabling real‐time decision making to control deposition parameters. The workflow integrates perovskite deposition and annealing with uniformity analysis and minimodule fabrication.

Public Relations in Public Sector

open access: yesİletişim Kuram ve Araştırma Dergisi, 2019
It is possible to talk about public relations in the classical sense wherever there is a relation between those ruling and those ruled. Public relations activities came to fore with the development of government and administration.

Safety of Sodium‐Ion Batteries: Evaluation and Perspective from Component Materials to Cells, Modules, and Packs

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
This review provides a bottom‐up evaluation of sodium‐ion battery safety, linking material degradation mechanisms, cell engineering parameters, and module/pack assembly. It emphasizes that understanding intrinsic material stability and establishing coordinated engineering control across hierarchical levels are vital for preventing degradation coupling ...

IS Acquisition Characteristics in the Public Sector

open access: yes, 2016
Public sector organizations aim to acquire the best possible information systems (IS) and, at the same time, comply with public procurement regulations [4]. Evidently, this task is not easy [5] as the success rate remains low [6]. This lack of success has made the public procurement of IS, its challenges, and different features an increasingly popular ...
