Development of ZnO Buffer Layers for As‐Doped CdSeTe/CdTe Solar Cells with Efficiency Exceeding 20%
Highly resistive ZnO has been used as the buffer layer in As‐doped CdSeTe/CdTe solar cells to achieve efficiencies higher than 20%. STEM images and EDX mapping show that the quality of the front interface is dependent on the ZnO deposition temperature. This study examines a soft gripper with a NiTiCu6 Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) wire embedded in a graphene nanoparticle (GNP)‐functionalized PDMS matrix. Comparing GNP‐enhanced and plain elastomer prototypes, results show that GNPs improve cooling rates, accelerating release by 40%, but increase energy consumption in low‐current activations.
