Care Received by Migrant Women Who Died During or After Pregnancy: A National Confidential Case Note Review

ABSTRACT Objective To co‐produce a bespoke maternity care checklist for recently arrived migrant women in the UK. To use this to describe the maternity care received by recently arrived migrant women who died during or up to six weeks after pregnancy over the past decade in the UK, and generate hypotheses about areas for improvement.

Integrated Clinical Trial and Molecular Profiling Reveals Immune Drivers of Chronic Hand Eczema

This study performed an unbiased molecular profiling of CHE patients across diverse etiologies to identify shared pathogenic drivers and evaluate the impact of IL‐4Rα blockade via dupilumab over 16 weeks. CHE shows a mixed immune signature involving type 1, 2, and 3 pathways with features of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

Amputations in Sepsis Patients: A Population‐Based Cohort Study of Rates and Risk Factors

This cohort study of 158 842 sepsis patients revealed that between 2015 and 2021 in NSW, 11 in every 1000 adult sepsis patients and two in every 1000 paediatric sepsis patients underwent amputation. Priming of labor with tafoxiparin in nulliparous term pregnant women with unripe cervix—Proof‐of‐concept and dose‐finding results from a randomized controlled trial

This study shows that tafoxiparin 300 mg can increase the rate of cervical ripening and the likelihood of spontaneous onset of labor, while also reducing the duration of labor in women achieving spontaneous onset of labor. The favorable safety profile of tafoxiparin suggests suitability for routine clinical use, including home administration.

Cardiovascular outcomes for Australian women with rheumatic heart disease during pregnancy: A retrospective linked data analysis, 2002–2017

This retrospective cohort study used linked data to measure the proportion of women with rheumatic heart disease (RHD) who experienced major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) after 20 weeks of gestation. Before birth, 4.5% of women with initially uncomplicated RHD and 31.8% of women with initially complicated RHD experienced RHD‐MACE.
