Acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction in a young patient with antiphospholipid syndrome
Acute coronary syndrome rarely occurs in young individuals and is seldomly associated with antiphospholipid syndrome. We report the case of a 26-year-old Hispanic man who presented with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction and was treated with urgent

This study identifies RNA‐binding protein RBM25 as a broad‐spectrum antiviral factor acting independently of type I interferon. It blocks viral entry by suppressing GTPase Rab22a via the RC3H1‐mediated destabilization of Rab22a mRNA. Viral downregulation of RBM25 enhances GTPase Rab22a expression and viral entry, revealing an unreported post ...

Optimized Lipid Nanoparticles with Tail‐Modified Ionizable Lipids for Safer mRNA Delivery
Systematic engineering of hydrophobic tail architecture in vitamin B5‐derived ionizable lipids establishes a comprehensive structure–activity relationship framework for mRNA delivery. Combined lipidtail and formulation optimization identifies TM1‐OPT3‐C, a lipid nanoparticle platform that improves efficacy–safety balance through efficient mRNA delivery,

Concordance of expert and parental opinion about hypospadias surgical outcome is severity-dependent
Introduction. Hypospadias is a male congenital condition where the opening of the urethral meatus is not located in the typical anatomical position. It has been a challenge for empirical studies to ascertain the level of concordance of opinion among ...

Sterol engineering enables precise control of mRNA lipid nanoparticles by tuning membrane organization. Replacing cholesterol with bile acid‐derived sterols redirects protein expression from the liver to the spleen. Notably, CA‐20 LNP enhances antigen‐specific immune responses while exhibiting a favorable safety profile, highlighting sterols as a ...

Canonical Antibodies Adopt Distinct Binding Modes to Recognize Viral Glycan Shields
Canonical Y‐shaped antibodies recognize viral glycan shields through adaptive Fab assembly states shaped by glycan organization and somatic hypermutation. Structural analyses ofbroadly neutralizing antibodies VRC35 and VRC36 across glycoproteins of HIV‐1, influenza, SARS‐CoV‐2, and Lassa viruses reveal distinct Fab assembly states, spanning monovalent,
