Peripheral ulcerative keratitis secondary to chronic Citrobacter koseri canaliculitis

Citrobacter koseri is a rarely reported ocular pathogen. It may induce severe peripheral corneal inflammation and subsequent perforation by canaliculitis. Timely detection of the reservoir of this pathogen would halt its progression.
