Small, Volume 22, Issue 11, 20 February 2026.Cell culture biomechanical conditions influence extracellular vesicles (EVs) production in patient‐derived pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell lines. When grown in 3D conformation and in hydrogels with lower elasticity (0.5kPA), PDAC cells produce higher numbers of EVs, compared with cells grown in 2D on classic cell culture plastic.
