Bacterial Foreignization Nanosystem Elicits Multi‐Phenotypic T Cells for Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, a comprehensive strategy for tumor immunogenicity reshaping is implemented, in which all adjuvanticity, antigenicity, and reactogenicity of tumor cells are highly improved by an engineered bacterial nanosystem through a selective membrane fusion process. The resulting foreignized tumor cells evoke potent innate immune responses, inducing

Unveiling Macrophage Content as a Predictive Biomarker for Intraoperative ICG Imaging Efficacy in Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Indocyanine Green (ICG)‐guided lung cancer surgery efficacy varies significantly among patients. This study identifies tumor macrophage content as a predictive biomarker. Macrophages are primary ICG reservoirs, storing seven‐fold more ICG than cancer cells.

Engineering Neutrophil Vesicles for Synergistic Protection against Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury after Lung Transplant

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered neutrophil‐derived vesicles (SOD2‐Fer‐1@CVs) co‐delivering antioxidant and ferroptosis‐inhibitory agents enable inflammation‐targeted, ROS‐responsive therapy for ischemia–reperfusion injury in lung transplantation. Synergizing with ex vivo lung perfusion, this strategy alleviates oxidative stress and inflammation, restores vascular integrity,

Targeting RBM10‐Repressed RORB Activity in Liquid Condensates Inhibits Lysosomal Biogenesis and Neuroblastoma Progression via Affecting NF‐κB Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies that RBM10 represses the transcriptional activity of RORB in liquid condensates, resulting in down‐regulation of NR1D1 and RIOK3 that further activates NF‐κB activity to facilitate lysosomal biogenesis and aggressive features of NB cells.
