Abstract Four patients with congenital pulmonary valve insufficiency were given a correct diagnosis on the basis of clinical evaluation. With one exception, all patients were completely free of toms, tolerated their lesions well, and none showed evidence of pulmonary hypertension.

Catheterization and Cardiovascular Diagnosis, 1996
A case of idiopathic right pulmonary artery aneurysm with pulmonary valve insufficiency simulating a mediastinal teratoma occurred in an asymptomatic 13-year-old boy. The key to correct diagnosis was pulmonary angiography. The patient was successfully treated with surgery.
