A scalable dual‐functional strategy yields simultaneously sulfonated and nanosized cellulose for proton exchange membranes with continuous hydrogen‐bond networks. Co/C aerogels (Co/CAs) are successfully fabricated with office waste paper (OWP) as the raw material by loading ZIF‐67 crystals. The optimal sample exhibited an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.6 GHz, which outperforms many biomass‐derived microwave absorbing materials.
