Design of High-Precision Driving Control System for Charge Management

open access: yesSensors
Due to the interaction of accumulated charges on the surface of a test mass with the surrounding electric and magnetic fields, the performance of inertial sensors is affected, necessitating charge management for the test mass.

Multiphase space vector pulse width modulation

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, 2002
Pole-phase modulation adjusts the pole-phase ratio of an induction machine and requires a multileg, multiphase inverter. This paper analyzes an n-leg, n-phase inverter, and presents techniques for n-phase space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). In particular, nine-phase SVPWM is developed and implemented on a nine winding induction machine.

Analysis of Output Current Ripple of Three-phase PWM Inverter under Discontinuous Modulation Techniques

open access: yes, 2010
In this paper, an analysis of output current ripple of three-phase PWM inverters with discontinuous modulation is presented. The analytical expressions for discontinuous modulation injection signal are derived.

Suppression of high-frequency perturbations in pulse-width modulation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
A method suppresses high-frequency perturbations in a pulse-width modulated signal. The pulse-width modulation may superpose a carrier signal onto an input signal having a predetermined modulation frequency. The carrier signals may be phase-shifted.

Energy detection UWB system based on pulse width modulation

open access: yes, 2014
A new energy detection ultra-wideband system based on pulse width modulation is proposed. The bit error rate (BER) performance of this new system is slightly worst than that of a pulse position modulation (PPM) system in additive white Gaussian noise ...

Strong modulation instability in a silicon–organic hybrid slot waveguide

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper, we investigate the strong modulation instability (MI) at telecommunication band in a silicon-organic hybrid slot waveguide. The organic material of polymer poly (bis para-toluene sulfonate) of 2, 4-hexadiyne 1, 6 diol (PTS), which has high

Detailed Simulink implementation for induction motor control based on space vector pulse width modulation SVPWM

open access: yes, 2021
Space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) generates less harmonic distortion in the output voltage or currents, provides more efficient use of supply voltage and better voltage utilization compared with sine pulse width modulation (PWM).
