Corrosion mechanism of Ni deposits on magnets by pulse current electro-deposition
Surface and Coatings Technology, 2021Abstract Ni was deposited on sintered NdFeB magnets by pulse current (PC) electro-deposition. And a better corrosion resistance of the deposits was observed. Growth direction of the Ni particles was changed to be in two dimensions, which provided the minimal defects and smooth interface, the smooth and pyknotic Ni deposits were observed.

Deposition of Zn–Co by constant and pulsed current
Journal of Applied Electrochemistry, 1998The initial stages of both Zn–Co and Zn electrodeposition were investigated by electrochemical quartz crystal microgravimetry (EQCM). The initial electrode mass growth, determined under both pulse and constant current conditions, was much higher than predicted by Faraday's law.

Implementation of gold deposition by pulse currents for optoelectronic devices
Transactions of the IMF, 2009Optoelectronic devices, which operate at high frequencies, require gold deposits which are highly pure, dense, conductive and smooth.
