Flow Configurations in Centrifugal Pumps Used as Turbines
1998Direct and reverse operation of hydraulic machines can be interrelated by means of a theoretical expression that is instrumental in the prediction of the turbine H-Q values from pump performance curves. Tests have been carried out on four machine configurations in order to verify the validity of the procedure.
