Ossifying fibromyxoid tumours with lipomatous and cartilaginous differentiation: A diagnostic pitfall

Six cases of ossifying fibromyxoid tumour with lipomatous and cartilaginous differentiation are presented. Even though the clinical presentation and immunoprofile of these cases are concordant with classic ossifying fibromyxoid tumour they may provide significant diagnostic difficulty, given the rarity of these histopathological findings.
