Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Improved pupil center localization method for eye-gaze tracking-based human-device interaction
2014 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics (ICCE), 2014This paper presents an improved pupil center (PC) localization method for eye-gaze tracking. In the proposed method, an input infrared eye image is repeatedly binarized with a finite number of different thresholds to produce a stack of binary images. Among all the blobs, which are groups of connected binary pixels in the binary image stack, we find a ...

Research on Pupil Center Localization in Eye Gaze Tracking System
2018 37th Chinese Control Conference (CCC), 2018The human-computer interaction technology which based on the gaze tracking system is convenient and fast. It can achieve the purpose of sight and computer interaction. Based on the relatively static head tracking system, we make improvements for OTSU algorithm to separate the binarized pupil image and the background image completely. I wrote a function
