Reduced fitness cost accounts for the stability of a malathion‐resistant heterogeneous duplication haplotype in Ceratitis capitata field populations

Malathion resistance in Spanish field populations of Ceratitis capitata is associated with a point mutation (R allele) and a heterogeneous duplication (RS haplotype) of the Ccace2 gene. Characterization of Cry2Ab2 resistance in Crocidosema sp. (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae): resistance selection, inheritance, cross‐resistance patterns, and fitness costs
