Our work introduces a new framework that fundamentally changes how orientation in bismuth oxyhalide systems is approached. Comprehensive experiments, backed by theoretical models, reveal the pivotal role of halide anions to modify the van der Waals stacking energies required to direct orientation. Our method enables the fabrication of near perfect (001)

A novel polar wurtzite alloy, NbAlN, is demonstrated as a transition‐metal‐containing polar barrier for GaN heterostructures. Nb atoms form coherent nanoscale enrichment within the wurtzite lattice without disrupting metal polarity. This study demonstrates that transition metals can be integrated into polar nitrides to enable polarization‐related ...

Spatial‐Compatibility‐Assisted Molecular Intercalation in MXenes
This work demonstrates a solvent–free NH4F–mediated route for simultaneous Al removal and molecular intercalation in MXenes. Intercalants are selected by comparing their crystallographic X, Y, and Z dimensions with the MXene interlayer spacing, establishing a spatial‐compatibility criterion that rationalizes guest–host matching and enables predictive ...

Tax law curriculum : implications of formal curriculum theory to practice
The formal concept of traditional curriculum theory is relatively new, developing principally in the second half of the 20th century; although, despite this, it has had a significant impact upon the planning and teaching of all law units, including ...
