ABSTRACT Objective To provide a resource for managing eprinomectin neurotoxicosis in cats, emphasizing the unique aspects of this particular macrocyclic lactone. Etiology The label dose of eprinomectin‐containing parasiticides causes neurotoxicosis in P‐glycoprotein–deficient cats.
