Acoustically Stimulated Charge Transport in Graphene Film
The process of acoustically stimulated charge transport in the graphene film on the surface of the YZ−cut of a LiNbO3 crystal was investigated. It was found that the dependence of the current in the graphene film on the frequency of the surface acoustic ...

Nanoporous Silicon with Graphene-like Coating for Pseudocapacitor Application
This paper presents the results of studies of the nanoporous silicon structure, both with different pore depths (up to 180 μm) and with layers in which a graphene-like coating was synthesized on the inner surface of the pores.

This paper considers the phenomenon of inertia groups jumping at regular points of the branch locus of a cover, especially in mixed characteristic. After giving conditions under which this cannot occur, these ideas are applied to the problem of obtaining groups as Galois groups of unramified covers of the affine line in finite characteristic.

Exploiting purity for atomicity [PDF]
The notion that certain procedures are atomic is a fundamental correctness property of many multithreaded software systems. A procedure is atomic if for every execution there is an equivalent serial execution in which the actions performed by any thread while executing the atomic procedure are not interleaved with ...

Phenomenological and formal restrictions on the evolution of pure into mixed states are discussed. In particular, it is argued that, if energy is conserved, loss of purity is incompatible with the weakest possible form of Lorentz covariance.

Having interrogated hegemonic white masculinity in the previous chapter, this chapter presents a critique of white femininity and the rise of postfeminism. Entrenched in imperialist notions of beauty, delicacy and purity, this chapter examines the fraught performances of white femininity in our current age as it attempts to balance between asserting ...
