Push-out bond strength and SEM evaluation of a new bonding approach into the root canal [PDF]
This study evaluated the performance of different adhesive systems in fiber post placement aiming to clarify the influence of different hydrophobic experimental blend adhesives, and of one commercially available adhesive on the frictional retention during a luting procedure. One luting agent (70 Wt% BisGMA, 28.5% TEGDMA; 1.5% p-tolyldiethanolamine) to ...

Bond Strength of Endodontic Sealers to Gutta Percha and Dentin [PDF]
Aims: The aims of present study were to compare shear bond strength (SBS) and push-out bond strength (PBS) of three types of sealers to gutta percha (G) and dentin (D) and to assess failure modes at debonded interfaces.

Effect of Blood Contamination on The Push-Out Bond Strength of Calcium Silicate Cements [PDF]
Abstract This study investigated the effect of blood-contamination on the push-out bond strength of BiodentineTM (BD) and MTA Angelus® (MTA-A) to root dentin over time. Twenty-five teeth were sectioned horizontally to obtain 120 root slices. The lumens were filled with MTA-A or BD: 60 for each cement (30 uncontaminated and 30 blood contaminated).
