Immunoengineering eines Photocage‐geschützten 5′‐Triphosphat‐Oligoribonukleotid‐Liganden zur spatiotemporalen Kontrolle der RIG‐I‐Aktivierung bei Tumoren

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Phototoxic reaction due to solar radiation exposure in a psoriatic patient treated with PUVA therapy

open access: yesMedycyna Pracy, 2019
A phototoxic reaction may be induced by additional exposure to solar radiation during photochemotherapy (psoralen, ultra-violet A – PUVA treatment). A woman was admitted to Dermatology and Venereology Clinic in Łódź as an emergency case due to extensive ...

Immunoengineering of a Photocaged 5´‐triphosphate Oligoribonucleotide Ligand for Spatiotemporal Control of RIG‐I Activation in Cancer

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
This study presents a method for precise control of RIG‐I (retinoic acid inducible gene I), an innate immune receptor of RNA that, when activated, induces anti‐tumor immune responses and cancer cell death. By incorporating photocage modifications into RNA ligands, we enable a spatially and temporally regulated immune response and offer a targeted ...

Laser Microirradiation of Chinese Hamster Cells at Wavelength 365 nm [PDF]

open access: yes, 1981
Cells of a V79 subline of the Chinese hamster were microirradiated at wavelength 365 nm in the presence of the psoralen derivative, trioxsalen. Microirradiation was accomplished by a pulsed argon laser microbeam either in anaphase or in interphase 3 hr ...

Emergence of bullous pemphigoid under treatment of mycosis fungoides with mogamulizumab

open access: yesJEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
Abstract Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common cutaneous T cell lymphoma. Since 2018, mogamulizumab, an antibody directed to to the chemokine receptor CCR4, is licensed for the treatment of MF. Treatment with mogamulizumab is associated with the precipiation of different types of skin rashes summarized as mogamulizumab‐associated rash.

Clinical efficacy of the rotation of phototherapy methods (PUVA therapy and mid-wavelength ultraviolet therapy (311 nm)) in patients with moderate to severe forms of psoriasis

open access: yesVestnik Dermatologii i Venerologii, 2017
Goal. To assess the therapeutic efficacy of the rotation of mid-wavelength ultraviolet therapy (311 nm) and PUVA therapy in patients with moderate to severe forms of psoriasis, and to assess the efficacy of mid-wavelength ultraviolet therapy (311 nm) in ...

Combination therapies in psoriasis

open access: yesTurkderm Turkish Archives of Dermatology and Venereology, 2022
Topical corticosteroids and vitamin D analogs can be combined with other topical, systemic, and biological agents. The effect of methotrexate can be enhanced with ultraviolet B (UVB) or psoralen ultraviolet A (PUVA).

Mycosis Fungoides in Paediatric Patients: A Real‐Life Retrospective Study

open access: yesJEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
Our study represents the largest cohort of children with MF worldwide, providing relevant evidence supporting phototherapy as first‐line treatment, with an overall remission rate of 36.36%. Both topical and systemic therapy also showed favourable outcomes.
