Effect of mounting geometry on convection occurring under a photovoltaic panel and the corresponding efficiency using CFD [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is used to model experimental data corresponding to convection occurring under a photovoltaic (PV) panel. Further experimental data is used to validate the model where the satisfactory agreement is received.

Enhancing Photoelectric Conversion Efficiency of Photovoltaic Panel Using Cooled Water by Evaporation [PDF]

open access: yesEngineering and Technology Journal, 2017
It has been found a linear progression between the panel temperature and its efficiency. A novel cellulose pad arrangement, which is saturated with water, at back surface of photovoltaic panel for cooling has achieved better results.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.
