Design of a P-&-O algorithm based MPPT charge controller for a stand-alone 200W PV system

open access: yesProtection and Control of Modern Power Systems, 2018
Solar cells convert sun light into electricity, but have the major drawbacks of high initial cost, low photo-conversion efficiency and intermittency. The current-voltage characteristics of the solar cells depend on solar insolation level and temperature,

Differential Item Functioning on the Patient Health Questionnaire‐8 by Disease Subtype, Language, Sex, and Age among People with Systemic Sclerosis: A Scleroderma Patient‐centered Intervention Network Cohort Study

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objective Somatic items used in depression assessments can potentially overlap with symptoms related to physical illness, including systemic sclerosis (SSc). No studies have looked at whether somatic depression items may be influenced by diffuse versus limited SSc disease subtypes, which are associated with varying degrees of symptom presentation.

Rational Fine‐Tuning of MOF Pore Metrics: Enhanced SO2 Capture and Sensing with Optimal Multi‐Site Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A pore tuning strategy to amplify the multi‐site MOF‐SO2 interactions is proposed to achieve an enhanced trace SO2 capture and chemiresistive sensing in highly stable isostructural DMOFs by annelating benzene rings. This work provides a facile strategy to achieve tailor‐made stable MOF materials for specific multifunctional applications.
