The Gaza Strip suffers from chronic electricity shortages, fossil fuel dependence, and severe air pollution. This study demonstrates the feasibility of coupling photovoltaic (PV) generation with proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysis to produce green hydrogen production aimed at low‐carbon transportation.
