Scirrhous carcinoma of the pyloric channel and distal antrum [PDF]

The clinical, endoscopic, and pathologic features of 13 cases of scirrhous carcinoma of the pyloric channel and distal antrum are described and correlated with the radiographic findings. The lesions appear as smooth concentric narrowings, rigid and generally short. They are associated with outlet obstruction but without gastric or duodenal ulcerations.
