JEADV Clinical Practice, Volume 5, Issue 1, Page 75-81, March 2026.Punch grafting was retrospectively evaluated in patients with chronic lower leg ulcers treated at Erasmus MC between 2018 and 2023. Median pain scores significantly decreased after 6 weeks. Opioid use declined and 30% of patients no longer required analgesics. Complete wound closure was achieved in 7% of cases.
