Cyclosporine for Pyoderma Gangrenosum
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1993A case of pyoderma gangrenosum that occurred in the absence of underlying illness and was initially misdiagnosed is described. Hemorrhagic pustules and ulcers appeared over vein-graft sites after open heart surgery and were treated with cyclosporine. The result was rapid and complete resolution.
