Paternal Circadian Disruption Impairs Offspring Cognition via Sperm microRNAs

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Paternal circadian disruption remodels the sperm small RNA payload, elevating miR‐92a‐3p/miR‐25‐3p levels and perturbing early embryonic gene regulatory programs. Microinjection experiments and single‐embryo transcriptomics reveal sex‐specific developmental vulnerabilities, ultimately impairing offspring hippocampal synaptic plasticity and cognition ...

A 3D In Vitro Model of the Human Hepatobiliary Junction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A 3D human organoid platform reconstructs the hepatobiliary junction between primary adult hepatocytes and intrahepatic cholangiocytes. These adult hepatobiliary organoids (aHBOs) support directional bile transport from canaliculi to ductule‐like structures, enable quantitative imaging of junction dynamics, and reveal cell‐type‐specific vulnerabilities

Piramida: Peninggalan Karya Seni Dunia dari Wilayah Barat Hingga Timur (Bagian I)

open access: yesHumaniora, 2011
There is a terminology that human learn from the past to reach a better future. Based on this understanding, human start to learn history. Scientists learn history from historical building and cultural heritage from the past.

Feature Complementarity-Guided Multi-Weight Multi-Scale Fusion Framework for Underwater Image Enhancement

open access: yesApplied Sciences
The selective wavelength absorption and scattering effects caused by complex underwater optical environments lead to a significant contradiction between color restoration and structural preservation in image enhancement. To break through this bottleneck,

CRP Deficiency Rescues Periodontitis‐Induced Hippocampal Neurogenesis Impairment by Suppressing OPC‐Derived BMP4 Signaling in Rats

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chronic periodontitis elevates circulating CRP, which enters the hippocampus to upregulate BMP4 in oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs), thereby impairing neurogenesis and inducing anxiety/depression‐like behaviors in rats. Counteracting this pathway, CRP deficiency helps confer functional resilience to OPCs.

The theory of Void in architecture

open access: yesCogent Arts & Humanities
‘Like a flood astounds an ark, so a point surmounts on the sea of perpetuity’. This paper aims to delve into the architectural narrative of space by exploring the interrelation between architectural space and the abstract concept of the Void, within a ...

In Situ X‐Ray Tomography and Acoustic Emission Monitoring of Damage Evolution in C/C‐SiC Composites Fabricated by Liquid Silicon Infiltration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates how the internal structure of fiber‐reinforced ceramic composites affects their resistance to damage. By combining 3D X‐ray imaging with acoustic emission monitoring during mechanical testing, it reveals how silicon distribution influences crack formation.
