The study aimed to compare the clinical outcomes of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) vs. single antiplatelet therapy (SAPT) in branch atheromatous disease (BAD)‐related stroke. DAPT was safe but not statistically superior to SAPT for excellent functional outcome; however, its numerical trend toward benefit warrants further investigation.

Electrophysiological detection of slowly conducting pyramidal tract fibres

Optimizing Broiler Diets: Nutritional and Functional Benefits of Fermented Cottonseed Meal
Fermentation significantly improved the nutritional value of cottonseed meal (CSM) by increasing crude protein, acid‐soluble protein, L‐lactic acid, and gross energy, while reducing free gossypol and crude fiber. In broiler trials, dietary supplementation with fermented CSM (FCSM) significantly enhanced growth performance, increased serum ...

Vitamin‐Responsive Disorders: From Molecular Basis to Clinical Presentation and Therapy
ABSTRACT Vitamin‐dependent cofactors are essential for numerous metabolic reactions, and defects affecting their uptake, conversion, utilisation, or regeneration constitute a heterogeneous group of inherited metabolic disorders (IMDs). Although dietary vitamin intake is sufficient to sustain coenzyme synthesis in healthy individuals, it is insufficient

Heterozygous OGDH Variants Are Involved in Peripheral Neuropathy With Ataxia and Optical Atrophy
ABSTRACT 2‐oxyglutarate dehydrogenase (OGDH) encodes an E1 component of α‐ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex that plays a pivotal role in the Krebs cycle. Biallelic variants in OGDH have been reported to cause an early‐onset neurodevelopmental and mitochondrial disorder.

ABSTRACT Purpose In diffusion MRI, vasogenic edema manifests as a major fraction of isotropic water that dilutes the anisotropic intra‐axonal portion of the signal. Many tractography algorithms mistake vasogenic edema for the white matter boundary and terminate tracking to prevent producing spurious streamlines.
