Improving of Pyrolysis Oil from Macroalgae Cladophora glomerata with HDPE Pyrolysis Oil [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering, 2022
The slow pyrolysis of macroalgae at moderate temperatures in the reactor used resulted in an oil with a slightly better calorific value than that of the literature, but the other properties were not convincing. Therefore, co-pyrolysis with HDPE offers a way out in this study.

Investigation of Pyrolysis of Walnut Shells and Pyrolysis Oil Quality

open access: yesBitlis Eren Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Dergisi, 2023
The energy demand is increasing in parallel with the technological developments and population in the world. Fossil fuels are the main source for this demand. As a result of energy production from fossil fuels, natural environment is adversely affected. Furthermore, many countries depend on the fossil fuels for their energy need.

Co-pyrolysis of oil palm trunk and polypropylene: Pyrolysis oil composition and formation mechanism

open access: yesSouth African Journal of Chemical Engineering, 2023

Mesoporous N,S‐Dual‐Doped Carbon Nanoreactors via Entropy‐Driven Interface Self‐Assembly for Efficient H2O2 Electrosynthesis

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
An entropy‐driven interface self‐assembly strategy is proposed for the controllable synthesis of mesoporous N,S‐dual‐doped carbon nanoreactors. The N,S‐dual‐doping sites optimized the *OOH adsorption, boosting the 2e− selectivity, while the favorable mesostructure accelerated O2 enrichment.
