A model for retention on short, intermediate and long time-scale in ferroelectric thin films
We developed a model with no adjustable parameter for retention loss at short and long time scale in ferroelectric thin-film capacitors. We found that the predictions of this model are in good agreement with the experimental observations in the ...

Microstructure of PZT Capacitor Structures
TEM, EDX, HREM studies of structure and phase content of lead titanate zirconate (PZT) thin ferroelectric films with the Ti/Zr atomic ration 47/53 prepared by sol-gel deposition with 0-30% exess of Pb have been carried out. The Si/SiO 2 /Ti/Pt substrates have been used as a metallization system.

A Supramolecular Ferroelectric With Two Sublattices and Polarization Dependent Conductivity
Ferroelectric behavior in a supramolecular material with two, independently switchable, sublattices is demonstrated. The sublattices can be associated with the two dipolar groups in the compound. Moreover, the polarization is found to couple to the charge transport in the material, giving rise to a switchable, directional conductivity.

Peptide Sequence Programmed Piezoelectric Response by Supramolecular Self‐Assembly
In this study, hydrophobic tripeptides are explored as building blocks for stable piezoelectric crystals. Tripeptides with phenylalanine at the central position self‐assembled into uniform, thermally stable crystals. Piezoresponse force microscopy reveals a high effective piezoelectric coefficient of 24.0 pC N−1, attributed to asymmetric molecular ...
