Fuzzy Neutrosophic Soft Set Based Transfer-Q-Learning Scheme for Load Balancing in Uncertain Grid Computing Environments [PDF]
Effective load balancing is tougher in grid computing compared to other conventional distributed computing platforms due to its heterogeneity, autonomy, scalability, and adaptability characteristics, resource selection and distribution mechanisms, and ...

Entropy, Measures of Distance and Similarity of Q-Neutrosophic Soft Sets and Some Applications [PDF]
The idea of the Q-neutrosophic soft set emerges from the neutrosophic soft set by upgrading the membership functions to a two-dimensional entity which indicate uncertainty, indeterminacy and falsity.

In everyday life, decision‐making is a difficult task fraught with ambiguity and uncertainty. Many researchers and scholars have suggested numerous fuzzy set theories to resolve these ambiguities and uncertainties. The EDAS method (evaluation based on distance from average answer) is extremely beneficial in decision‐making situations.

A Novel Characterization of Fuzzy Soft Substructures in Quantales Theory
In this paper, we use an algebraic structure quantale and define the idea of fuzzy soft substructures as a generalization of fuzzy substructures in quantale. These fuzzy soft substructures include fuzzy soft subquantales, fuzzy soft ideals, fuzzy soft prime ideals, fuzzy soft semiprime ideals, and fuzzy soft primary ideals.

Cutter planning and control are the crucial problems in machining processes. The current literature indicates that the issue of cutter planning and control problem was not adequately researched in the past in a metal‐cutting process. Usually, cutter planning and control problems were addressed using different optimization, simulation, and computer ...

This paper presents novel concepts in fuzzy topologies, namely q‐rung orthopair picture fuzzy (q‐ROPF) topology and q‐rung orthopair picture fuzzy point (q‐ROPFP). These concepts extended the existing notions in fuzzy topologies. We introduced a more relaxed form of continuity, called qε‐ROPF continuity, which allows for a flexible analysis of ...

A Decision‐Making Framework Based on 2‐Tuple Linguistic Fermatean Fuzzy Hamy Mean Operators
Aggregation operators are useful tools for approaching situations in the realm of multiattribute decision‐making (MADM). Among the most valuable aggregation strategies, the Hamy mean (HM) operator is designed to capture the correlations among integral parameters.

Polygroups are an extended form of groups and a subclass of hypergroups that follow group‐type axioms. In this paper, we define a triplet single‐valued neutrosophic set, which is a generalization of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, and neutrosophic sets, and we combine this novel concept with hypergroups and polygroups.
