On the combination of altimetry and tide gauge observations in the Norwegian coastal zone

open access: yesJournal of Geodetic Science
We have, using altimetry observations, investigated the nature and magnitude of variations in the local mean dynamic topography (MDT) along the Norwegian coast. Following our findings, we argue that the MDT is well approximated by the nearest observation

Interfacial Tension of (Brines+CO2): CaCl2(aq), MgCl2(aq), and Na2SO4(aq) at Temperatures between (343 and 423) K, Pressures between (2 and 50) MPa, and Molalities of (0.5 to 5) mol.kg-1

open access: yes, 2012
We report the interfacial tensions between carbon dioxide and CaCl2(aq), MgCl2(aq), and Na2SO4(aq) with molalities from (0.49 to 5.0) mol·kg–1. The measurements were made at temperatures between (323 and 423) K at various pressures up to 50 MPa.
