Angewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.O2 enhances charge‐transfer in n‐type organic donor–acceptor charge‐transfer complexes (CTCs) via physisorption‐mediated trap passivation. By suppressing recombination and promoting long‐lived delocalized charge carriers, O2 improves electron transport and conductivity without doping.
