Consensus Formation and Change are Enhanced by Neutrality
Neutral agents are shown to enhance both the formation and overturning of consensus in collective decision‐making. A general mathematical model and experiments with locusts and humans reveal that neutrality enables robust consensus via simple interactions and accelerates consensus change by reducing effective population size.

Hermitian Forms and Systems of Quadratic Forms
We associate to every symmetric (antisymmetric) Hermitian form a system of quadratic forms over the base field which determines its isotropy and metabolicity behaviour. It is shown that two even Hermitian forms are isometric if and only if their associated systems are equivalent.

Decomposable quadratic forms and involutions
In his book on compositions of quadratic forms, Shapiro asks whether a quadratic form decomposes as a tensor product of quadratic forms when its adjoint involution decomposes as a tensor product of involutions on central simple algebras.

Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum for Image Analysis
The Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum (SHWB), a rotation‐ and translation‐invariant descriptor that captures higher‐order (phase) correlations in signals, is introduced. Combining wavelet scattering, bispectral analysis, and group theory, SHWB achieves interpretable, data‐efficient representations and demonstrates competitive performance across texture,

Pharmaceutical diversity acts as an independent driver of antibiotic resistance in soil invertebrates. While bulk soil remains unaffected, the collembolan gut microbiome exhibits significant resistance gene enrichment under complex chemical exposure and diurnal warming.

Study of Free‐Space Optical Quantum Network: Review and Prospectives
Free from the constraints of fiber connections, free‐space quantum network enables longer and more flexible quantum network connections. This review summarizes and comparatively analyzes free‐space quantum network experiments based on ground stations, satellites, and mobile platforms.

Some Probability Inequalities for Quadratic Forms of Negatively Dependent Subgaussian Random Variables [PDF]
In this paper, we obtain the upper exponential bounds for the tail probabilities of the quadratic forms for negatively dependent subgaussian random variables.

Testing for Multivariate Equivalence with Random Quadratic Forms [PDF]
Multivariate equivalence testing becomes necessary whenever the similarity rather than a difference between several treatment groups with multiple endpoints has to be shown.
